“This new facility will join other hubs across the Island in providing wraparound, community-based physical and mental health care and support from one central community location. The plans for the new hub have been developed with local service users to ensure it becomes a space that meets people’s needs in the most inclusive, accessible way.”
“Health and care professionals will also be able to work alongside each other in one location, meaning they can more easily work together to share professional experience and expertise, minimise duplication and join up care services for local people.”
